In the prisons of Chiang Mai, we are involved in 3 areas:
1) English Classes - We provide quality lessons that help students become more proficient in English.  But more importantly, we establish a clear Christian witness pointing to the Lord Jesus Christ.  Our desire is to use these classes as an entry point to share Christ.

2) Prison Churches - The prisons allow Christian inmates to gather together in meetings that are called "prison church."  We help to lead a team that ovesees these meetings.  It is an encouraging time to meet with inmates and help to build up their faith in Jesus Christ.

3) Pre/Post Release Program
We are also trying to develp a pre-release program to help inmates prepare for a successful transition back into society.  This is naturally leading to a post release follow-up program to help those released stay out of prison.  This work provides excellent opportunities to share the gospel message and to minister to the basic needs of people.  It is a huge responsibility, and we are leaning on the Lord to guide and direct this endeavor.
